Performance

Fuel that matches the demand.

Targets set per kilogram and per training block, built from bloodwork rather than a food diary. The markers that matter to the sport are reviewed each block, and the plan follows what the results show.

01 — Who it's for

Bodies under real training load.

Competitive and recreational athletes, and active people training seriously — the runner whose iron studies decide the season as much as any workout does.

02 — What the work involves

Assess, plan, review — repeated each training block.

Assess

Bloodwork and body composition by a single consistent method, medical history, and how you actually live.

Plan

Targets set per kilogram of bodyweight and per training block — built from the results, not a food diary.

Review

Panels repeated so the plan follows the numbers, and the record shows why it changed.

03 — What's measured

Iron studies, vitamin D, thyroid, lipids, and the markers that matter to the sport — read against sport- and sex-specific reference ranges, not one population number.

You arrange your own bloodwork. Sarah shares the list of preferred markers to request from your physician or lab, and the panel is billed by the lab directly.

04 — Worth knowing

Some of it is measurable.

Under-fueling affects mood, motivation, and concentration, not just power output. That's part of the conversation here, not an afterthought.

Low mood, brain fog, and fatigue get treated as purely psychological far more often than they get investigated. Iron, B12, folate, vitamin D, and thyroid status are testable, and deficiencies in each are associated with exactly those symptoms. This does not replace mental health care, and it is not a claim that food fixes depression. It is the part of the picture worth ruling out — and it is rarely checked properly.

This is nutrition care, not mental health treatment. It works alongside the care of your physician and mental health professional and does not replace either. If you are struggling, please speak to a healthcare provider.
